The ECHO has taken a look inside the high-end apartments in a former church in what was named one of Merseyside's "top districts".
The conversion of the church on Park Road in Waterloo was led by Winter Melia Developments.
Now known as The Spire, it comprises a collection of one and two-bedroom apartments with a long list of restored character features.

CGIs illustrate a string of charming elements in the new homes include high ceilings, feature coving, high-end appliances and floor to ceiling windows. There's also a luxury entrance hall which has utilised some of the relics from the former religious building.
The original stained-glass windows have been remastered to create a stunning talking point in the apartments.
The former church is a stone's throw from Rimrose Valley Country Park and Waterloo Train Station, and is within reach of the bustling South Road.
Last month, Liverpool was crowned as the best place to live in the North West in the annual Sunday Times Best Places to Live guide.
The publication also honed in on two 'top districts' - Dingle and Waterloo. Waterloo was hailed for its "seaside, sunsets and independent shopping".
According to Rightmove, average property prices in Waterloo over the last year have jumped by 16% to just over £260,000.
The total is a massive 36% higher than the 2019 peak of £191,699 and reflects the area's growing popularity.
Logic has been appointed to market the units at The Spire. The estate agency said: "Designed to the highest specification with meticulous detail and endless elements of character throughout these homes are anything but ordinary."
One two-bed unit at the scheme is on the market for £275,000.
