A former pub which has been empty for almost a decade has been put up for sale.
The old Church House Inn on Stow Hill, in Newport city centre, has gone on the market nearly ten years after it shut.
The building, which faces St Woolos Cathedral, was once a popular watering hole but closed back in 2014 and has been disused ever since.

The former pub was originally known as the Six Bells, with a history dating back to the 1840s. It became the Fizog and Firkin in the 1990s before becoming the Six Bells again and eventually the Church House Inn in 2011.
It closed three years later and has been disused in the years since. St Woolos Cathedral took over the pub several years ago with plans to bring it back into use for the community, but nothing has materialised and the building is now rundown, with its signage having disappeared and its interiors worn and in need of repair.
The three-storey building is listed as requiring "extensive renovation works throughout" and has a guide price of £45,000. Bidding opens on Monday, March 28, at midday and closes Wednesday, March 30, at midday.
The listing by Auction House South Wales said the building "could be returned as a pub/restaurant with a large function room to the first floor, or converted to a residential development subject to the necessary planning permissions.
"All prospective buyers are advised to contact Newport City Council regarding all planning permissions. Viewings are available on an appointment basis only and there is limited access to the second floor. The property is to be sold vacant possession."
