London travel news LIVE: Major train disruption until end of day after 'incident' closes all lines into Kings Cross

Rail commuters are facing disruption after an “incident” between King’s Cross and Stevenage caused delays and cancellation of services.

National Rail said emergency services were continuing to deal with an incident between Stevenage and London which had closed all lines.

Trains will be cancelled, delayed by up to 60 minutes, diverted or revised as a result of the incident.

Routes affected include all LNER routes to / from London Kings Cross, as well as the Thameslink between Welwyn Garden City and Sevenoaks.

It comes hours after police were forced to shut Tower Bridge to traffic after a man scaled the famous London landmark.
