Theatre lovers, rejoice... London Theatre Week is back, which means that there’s a chance to see some of the biggest shows in the West End at amazing prices.
After a hugely successful outing in early September, the initiative now returns, giving theatre lovers a chance to treat themselves to the best shows in the capital without breaking the bank.
Short on ideas for a birthday present? How about treating the kids? Or simply because you fancy a night out at some of the best entertainment London can offer.
There are more than 70 shows to choose from with some tickets going for as low as £15. All are subject to availability and generally apply to select performances during the week.

The Lion King
Hakuna matata! The Lion King is one of London’s most enduringly popular musicals - it’s visually stunning and offers world class entertainment for all ages. Tickets are going for as little as £35, but don’t hang about - they’re bound to be snapped up quickly.
Mamma Mia!
This feel-good jukebox musical is now the sixth longest-running West End show, having opened all the way back in 1999. So why not go along, have a laugh and sing your heart out to ABBA’s big hits, with tickets going for as little as £24?
Harry Potter and the Cursed Child
This stage show about what happened when JK Rowling’s boy wizard grew up remains one of the hottest tickets in town. Get on your broomstick and get tickets for exclusive prices at £15.
Les Misérables
You can never see Les Mis too many times.... that’s why it’s the West End’s longest running show. Tickets from £24 will be available throughout the London Theatre Week campaign.
2:22 A Ghost Story
This thriller from Danny Robins premiered two years ago and has since gone on to be one of the West End’s most popular plays. Cast members have included Lily Allen, Laura Whitmore, Matt Willis, Tom Felton, and now Cheryl (who has dropped the surname) stars as lead character Jenny who thinks her house is haunted. The play is about what happens when two friends come round for dinner and discuss the supernatural with Jenny and her husband Sam. Tickets are currently going for just £12.
Frozen
Cool news - Frozen is participating in London Theatre Week, which means you can see Elsa and Anna do their thing for tickets priced at £25 and £35. The kids, and you, will get chills.
The Phantom of the Opera
The West End’s fanciest chandelier has returned in all its glory - The Phantom of the Opera is participating in London Theatre Week, with tickets available from £27.
Matilda the Musical
Everyone’s favourite bookworm recently celebrated 10 years in the West End. Don’t miss the chance to see Tim Minchin and Dennis Kelly’s musical adaptation of one of Roald Dahl’s most beloved novels for ticket prices from £25 to £35.

When is London Theatre Week starting and finishing?
London Theatre Week, which is more of a fortnight, started today and runs until March 5. During that time, more than 70 shows will be available at exclusive ticket prices.
