Logan Paul has admitted he is jealous of brother Jake headlining Madison Square Garden in his fight against Tommy Fury.
Paul's brother Jake announced his plans to headline the iconic New York venue without an opponent in his sixth professional fight. However after weeks of negotiations, he will rekindle his rivalry with Fury having been scheduled to face him last December before his rival withdrew.
Logan hasn't fought since sharing with the boxing ring with legend Floyd Mayweather last June. And he believes his brother is one of the most entertaining people in the world which has granted him this opportunity. "Madison Square Garden, August 6, that’s crazy," Paul said when talking about his brother's upcoming fight on the Full Send podcast. "I’m jealous, I’ll be honest. I am jealous,” Logan said, noting that selling out the world’s most famous arena is something he and Jake wanted to do for a very long time.
“Me and my brother talked, since we were young, about selling out Madison Square Garden. And damn, he gets to do it first! I'm his brother and I would argue Jake Paul is one of the most entertaining people on the planet."
Paul has himself fought in two headline shows at Miami's Hard Rock Stadium and Los Angeles' Staples Center when fighting YouTube star KSI in his maiden professional bout which he lost. The YouTube star also recently fought on wrestling promotion WWE's hallmark Wrestlemania show which is watched by millions around the world.
However his brother is making a huge impact on boxing having won all five of his professional fights to date including wins over Tyron Woodley and Ben Askren. Paul has also began a promotion career having helped make the historic fight between Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano at the same venue as his meeting with Fury.

His next test will arguably be the toughest of his career to date with Fury the first fighter he will take on with a natural background in the sport. Paul has already raised the stakes by making a high-profile $1 million bet with heavyweight champion Tyson on the bout.
However he is confident of winning the fight despite issuing praise to his rival for him and his family's success in the sport. "All jokes aside, this is my toughest test yet," Paul said during a YouTube video promoting the fight announcement. "You guys wanted me to fight a real boxer, you guys have been tormenting me day in and day out.
"You tell me to 'fight a real boxer', the answer is 'no f***ing problem'. As far as real boxers, this is as real as it gets. Tommy Fury comes from a legendary bloodline of fighters; the gypsies who have been mauling people since they were f***ing born. For Christ's sake, his brother is the heavyweight champion of the world. Tommy Fury has been boxing since he was 12 years old, gone through the amateurs."
