Googong-based White Rhino Property is one of the newer players in the ACT and Queanbeyan real estate markets but it is already serious about being among the best.
Co-owners Gavin and Chelsea Van Zyl and members of their team are in New York to attend the three-day Inman Connect residential real estate conference.
And one of the guest speakers at the conference was none other than Ryan Serhant, celebrity real estate agent of Million Dollar Listing New York fame.
White Rhino's portfolio manager Sienna Sewter, who is also on the trip, said Serhant was in real life as he was on screen - honest and full of positivity.
He told the conference attendees to remember to balance their real estate careers with their personal interests but to always keep striving - write that book, do that podcast, make that film.
"Life doesn't have a ceiling," he told them.
