Over the weekend hundreds of thousands of music lovers descended on Somerset’s Worthy Farm for a jam-packed weekend for this year’s Glastonbury Festival. Among the line up of big names performing over the weekend was US superstar Lizzo, who brought the glam into glamping.
The About Damn Time singer took to the Pyramid Stage on Saturday afternoon looking ‘Good As Hell’. Now, her makeup artist has revealed he used a selection of budget-friendly beauty buys to create the look.
Lizzo’s showstopping look for this year’s Glasto was created by her go-to makeup artist Alexx Mayo using the hottest drops from TikTok and Gen Z fave, Lottie London to create her Glasto Glam.

She wore a silver cosmo-esque shadow with a feline flick, a pop of pink blush and a golden highlighter. And the best part? Alex shared some of the vegan and cruelty free products used to recreate the look - and they all cost less than £10.
Sharing her final look, the MUA said: “SMOLDERING CYBER BABE @lizzobeeating for Glastonbury 2023 using @lottielondon swipe to see some of my fav products used to create this look!”
He went on to explain how he used the Lottie London Coconut Primer to prep for makeup, going in with the Lottie London Stamp Liner - which costs £5.95 - to create the wing shape, alongside their Cosmic Love palette (£5.95) and Eye Foil in the shade Denied for the smokey look.
Her lashes were completed using the Superfake Mascara , which costs less than £8, with her brows defined using the Arch Rival Microfine Brow Pen, which rivals the likes of Glossier Brow Flick.
On her cheeks, Alex went in with the Sweet Blush in Flushed Fuchsia and Diamond Bounce highlighter in Golden , finishing off with a spritz of the affordable Stay Matte AF Setting Spray .
Instagram went wild for the glam look, commenting: “Loooooove this look and brand,” “Stunning Mermaid Era,” and “This is one of my favourite looks for Lizzo by you.”
