The day has finally arrived, and it’s the night after The Met Gala, which celebrated the late, great Karl Lagerfeld.

Everyone looked absolutely stunning, dressed in Chanel, Fendi, Schiaparelli (to name a few designers) - and as for the makeup? Well celebrity MUA’s have already been sharing their secrets behind some of the biggest and best red carpet looks - and singing sensation Lizzo was wearing our favourite false lashes on the red carpet.
Alexx Mayo shared that he used none other than Ardell Wispies False Eyelashes, priced at £5.99! In an Instagram post, he said “THE LASH! @ardellbeauty classic wispies is always the right choice!” - and he’s not wrong either.
People were quick to comment that they are “the best”, and comment on how “gorgeous” she looked.
In another post, Alexx Mayo also shared her makeup and skincare secrets, and said “Yes I really did shave her eyebrows! What an incredible night I have no words, so proud of @lizzobeeating making history daily! Makeup @iwantalexx using @charlottetilbury and @ardellbeauty in the original timeless “wispies”.”
From Charlotte Tilbury, Alexx Mayo used a range of products - including some of our all time favourites like the Magic Cream and Magic Serum Crystal Elixir to prep her skin.
For foundation, Hollywood Flawless Filter in 5.5 Tan was mixed with the Beautiful Skin Foundation in 13W - for that ‘from lit within’ glow we’ve all come to know and love, thanks to TikTok!
As for that pop of colour to her cheeks, Hollywood Contour Wand in Medium/Dark, Pillow Talk Matte Beauty Blush Wand in Dream Pop Airbrush, Flawless Finish Powder in 3 and the Beauty Light Wand in Pinkgasm Sunset were used.
Now to make sure those lashes weren’t alone, Alexx used the Luxury Palette in Pillow Talk, Feline Flick in Panther, Pillow Talk Push Up Lashes Mascara and Supermodel Brows in Natural Brown for her eyes and eyebrows.
K.I.S.S.I.N.G. Lipstick in Pillow Talk Intense and Limited Edition Pinkgasm Jewel Lip in Pinkgasm Sunset were chosen to finish the look for her lips.
