Lizzo shows off her dance moves in sparkly bodysuit as she hits back at body-shamers

Lizzo flaunted her famous curves as she showed off her dance moves while hitting back at trolls.

The 34-year-old singer took to the stage at the FedExForum in Memphis, Tennessee, wearing a sparkly purple bodysuit with mesh panelling.

The bright outfit features cut outs which leave little to the imagination while being covered in rhinestones.

Lizzo completed her look with a marching sparkly cap and purple boots.

Sharing a clip from her performance on Instagram, the singer showed she can do it all as she danced along with her backing performers, despite recent comments from trolls.

Captioning the post, she hit back at those who doubted her ability to "sing while dancing".

"YALL DONT BE ADDING ME TO THE ‘SINGING WHILE DANCING’ CONVO CUS IM FAT BUT THAT STOPS TADAY CUS *THE MIC STAY ON BABY," she wrote.

Fans went wild for the video, with one person commenting: "Perfect LITERALLY."

"I've seen you in concert twice now and you always give an incredible and uplifting show. Thank you for everything you do and for being you," another fan praised.

A third person wrote: "That’s right boo you Most Def deserve that cred! YOUR mic STAYS on."

Another agreed: "Heard saw you live. The vocals did not migrate from the mic ONCE."

Elsewhere in the performance, Lizzo was joined on stage by a group of drag performers as the singer made a stand against the state's anti-drag law.

In the state of Tennessee, there is a drag ban, which forbids "adult cabaret entertainment" from taking place on public property. The bill became a law earlier this month.

The law and subsequent ban, which has been temporarily blocked by a federal judge in the state, also prevents the entertainers from being in locations where they could be viewed by a minor.

Addressing the crowd, Lizzo said: "It's not lost on me that at one time, in this city, a person that looks like me, on a stage like this would have been considered illegal.

"The love that we're sharing together would have been considered illegal.

"And now, decades later, people are trying to reinforce the same laws that we worked so hard to get past as a people.

"I just want to say that we need to continue to fight and you guys give me the strength, you give me the hope that we can continue to celebrate each other, celebrate drag entertainment so that we are not rewriting the dark history and reinstating Jim Crowe era laws in Memphis.

"We've gone too far to go backwards Tennessee."
