There’s nothing like a Pantone Colour of the Year announcement to ring in the New Year and this year, we couldn’t be happier with the choice.
Unlike the slightly 90s Ultra Violet of 2018 or the somewhat garish Greenery of 2017, this year’s option is far more chic.
Living Coral – the hotter and more daring sister of millennial pink – is vibrant and classy, relevant and flattering. Marked with the identification number 16-1546, it’s “an animating and life-affirming coral hue with a golden undertone that energizes and enlivens with a softer edge,” according to Pantone.
Seeing as we could all do with some life-affirming energy this dull January, we’ve rounded up the best homeware to be found in this beautiful colour. Summer 2019, here we come.
