Just Stop Oil protesters marked their 16th day of disruption by supergluing themselves to Park Lane near Hyde Park in central London and displaying banners while others locked themselves together.
Another sprayed orange paint over a nearby Aston Martin showroom just after 11am today.
One angry man was heard yelling "people have got f****** work" at the sat protesters and also shouted that others were trying to get to the hospital.
Pregnant campaigner Chloe Thomas, 19, said of the vandalism: “Today, we’re out here on the road together, demanding no new oil.
“How do I explain to my daughter in the years to come where the animals went, where the culture went, where the beauty went, why there are no bees and why I can’t put food in her tummy? You know it’s bad, don’t you?
“As citizens, as humans, as parents and children, we have a responsibility and a right under British law to protect ourselves and those we love.”
Pensioner Patrick McCarthy, 67, added: “Please understand these actions are not easy for any of us.
"It is uncomfortable, sometimes frightening and financially draining, so why do it?
“Because we have seen the devastating truth about the existential threats we face and cannot ‘unsee’ that.
“The real question is why millions aren’t in civil resistance rather than why I am.”
It comes after Home Secretary Suella Braverman described the eco-group as “thugs”.
She has vowed to clamp down on the protestors who will soon face court injunctions when protests threaten public safety by stopping ambulances from getting through.
The Home Secretary said: “Preventing our emergency services from reaching those who desperately need them is indefensible and hideously selfish.”
Just Stop Oil and Extinction Rebellion fanatics face the tough new penalties when the Public Order Bill goes through Parliament on Tuesday.
As part of the new measures, environmental activists face six months in jail if they carry glue with the intention of sticking themselves to highways or each other.
More than 350 Just Stop Oil protestors have been arrested in London since the start of October alone.
Today is the 16th successive day of protests by Just Stop Oil which also included pouring milk onto a supermarket floor.
They said in a statement: “We will not be intimidated by changes to the law, we will not be stopped by injunctions sought to silence nonviolent people.
“These are irrelevant when set against mass starvation, slaughter, and the loss of our rights, freedoms and communities.
“The Home Secretary is demonstrating that politics is broken. She claims that “this Government will not hesitate to act – and keep the law-abiding majority safe”.
“Yet the greatest threat to law and order is the climate crisis and the government she is part of is seeking to extend UK fossil fuel extraction, planning to make the lives of ordinary people worse, planning the deaths of millions. This is a criminal act.
“The people protecting the rule of law, democracy, our freedoms and rights are those disrupting traffic, throwing soup, and blocking oil depots.”
