Oakley Cannonier continued his impressive European goalscoring form as Liverpool romped to another UEFA Youth League triumph.
Cannonier made it five goals in three group games this season as he set the Reds on their way to a comprehensive 4-1 triumph over Rangers at the Academy at Kirkby on Tuesday afternoon.
Ben Doak, the 16-year-old former Celtic winger, also found the target with the excellent Jarell Quansah and Luke Chambers netting after the break as Barry Lewtas' under-19 side continued their 100% start to Group A after earlier wins at Napoli and home to Ajax.

Liverpool dominated the early possession but it was Rangers who created the first real chance, Ross McCausland bursting down the right and crossing to the far post where the unmarked Robbie Ure headed wastefully wide. And the Reds made the most of the escape by taking control of the game with two goals in three minutes midway through the first half.
The first on 23 minutes saw Dom Corness float a corner from the left towards Quansah, the skipper rising highest to head goalwards where Cannonier was on hand to turn in from close range.
Then excellent combination play down the left initiated by Luke Chambers and Melkamu Frauendorf ended with the brilliant Bobby Clark striking a shot against the far post with Doak reacting quickest to net the rebound.
Only the heroics of overworked Rangers goalkeeper Jacob Pazikas prevented Liverpool disappearing out of sight before half-time, with Fraudenorf, Clark, Cannonier and Chambers all denied.
But the third goal eventually arrived nine minutes after the break, Quansah this time netting for himself when once again meeting a Corness corner from the left with a strong header.
The busy Pazikas later denied Clark, Doak and Frauendorf while, at the other end, Liverpool goalkeeper Harvey Davies did well to keep out Zakariya Lovelace in a rare Rangers attack.
Chambers fired home the fourth into the bottom corner after a reverse pass from Clark in the second minute of injury time, with Rangers gaining a consolation with the last kick of the match when substitute Connor Young smashing in after a loose ball dropped to him in the area.
Liverpool are in UEFA Youth League action again next Wednesday when they visit Glasgow for the return game against Rangers (kick-off 3pm).
