Liverpool are reportedly "preparing" a "crazy offer" in an attempt to sign Real Madrid star Fede Valverde as the search for a new midfielder goes on.
The European champions are said to be unwilling to let one of their key men leave the club, but Liverpool 's rumoured offer would be too much for them to turn down.
Jurgen Klopp 's side were interested in Aurelien Tchouameni from Monaco in the summer, but the France international chose to sign for Madrid.

According to AS, Liverpool offered £85million for Uruguay international Valverde in the final days of the transfer window, but Madrid chose to hold on to their midfielder. The Reds brought in Arthur Melo on loan from Juventus in the end.
Now, Fichajes have claimed that Liverpool are willing to submit a 'crazy' bid worth £132m in order to lure Valverde to Anfield. The midfielder may have caught the eye with his impressive performance when the Reds were beaten by Madrid in the Champions League final at the end of May.
Liverpool have been strongly linked with a move for Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham, but the German club rebuffed any advances for the England international in the summer after selling Erling Haaland to Manchester City.
Bellingham is now seemingly at the centre of a race between Madrid, Liverpool, Chelsea, City and Manchester United for the upcoming transfer windows.
