The forecast is set to be very changeable over the next coming days with fluctuating temperatures and showers.
Today, on Tuesday, October 18, there will be plenty of sunshine and it will remain largely dry. Temperatures will be around 16C with the Met Office saying high cloud may turn the sunshine hazy.
Into the evening cloud will spread northwards, leading to a milder night. Rain is possible overnight and into Wednesday evening however.

Despite showers and strong winds forecast, the temperature will remain warm at around 17C. According to the outlook from Thursday onwards, there will be heavy rain overnight, possibly thundery, then sunshine and showers later on Thursday and Friday.
Saturday should be drier with sunny spells. In the latest week ahead forecast, Alex Deakin said: "Looking at the bigger picture, high pressure is to the north, low pressure to the southwest. And this week is going to be a bit of a scrap between these two weather systems. Eventually, the low will win out."
The interaction between the high and low pressure will result in some windy days too, Alex added: "As the low squeezes up against the high, the isobars push together, suggesting at times it's going to be quite blustery."
