Liverpool is currently in the midst of enjoying blue skies and sunshine as people across the region make the most of the beautiful weather.
With the Met Office predicting Liverpool will be hotter than Ibiza this weekend, the sizzling weather is set to continue with highs of 17C on Saturday. According to the Met Office, there will be some overcast and foggy starts to the morning, but that will clear as the day goes on, feeling warm once again.
Saturday evening will also be "fine", remaining dry overnight with clear skies. But as the brighter weather arrives, it is bad news for hay fever sufferers who have been warned about a potential spike in tree pollen levels across the UK.

Although we are set to enjoy a weekend of blue skies and sunshine, the warm weather will not last as temperatures look to drop next week with bursts of rain, so enjoy the rays while you can. According to the Met Office, by Tuesday we are likely to see a change to a more unsettled and cooler weather picture.
