There are grey skies set for Liverpool today before it is set to turn brighter tomorrow, according to the Met Office.
Forecasters predict it will be overcast all in the city, with temperatures reaching highs of 15C and a minimum of 12C. The weather appears to be unchanging but tomorrow will be a little brighter in the morning.
According to the Met Office, Tuesday's weather will be "sunny intervals changing to cloudy by lunchtime." For the whole of the North West it is predicted to be a "dry and brighter day" after early rain in the morning.

There will be "some sunny periods" in the afternoon as the cloud thins and breaks. It will feel warmer with slightly higher temperatures, according to meteorologists.
The weather on Wednesday also appears to be very wet in Liverpool as "heavy rain" is predicted throughout the day. The Met Office said: "Outlook for Wednesday to Friday: Areas of heavy rain or slow-moving thundery showers on Wednesday. Drier and brighter on Thursday, but further outbreaks of rain on Friday. Windier by the end of the week."
It isn't just our region which is set for bad weather for the rest of the week as Met Office forecaster Steven Keates said it will be "unsettled and changeable."
He said: "Over the next few days the weather will be unsettled, changeable and perhaps unremarkable for the most part, a bit disappointing for the second week of June. Showers should hit parts of England to start the week, with the worst on Wednesday, before a more dramatic end to the week as heavy gales move in."
Mr Keates added: "From the middle of the week a new low-pressure front will begin pushing from the south-west, bringing a mixture of rain and thunderstorms in Northern Ireland and northern England. Wednesday will be the wettest day of the week, but areas in Scotland and parts of southern England should remain dry.
"However, Scotland's week of charming weather will begin to fizz out, as the vigorous low pressure front moves north from Thursday, with heavy gales expected in western areas."
