The Champions League Final has been delayed due to "thousands" of fans still being outside the stadium.
Liverpool vs Real Madrid will now kick off at 8.36pm UK time due to security issues at the Stade de France on Saturday night.
Footage circulating on social media shows scores of Liverpool supporters still queuing to get into the ground just minutes before the action was due to get under way.
And UEFA have announced a decision to push the Final back by a quarter of an hour in an attempt to allow the congestion to ease.
Multiple reports cite large numbers of supporters still struggling to get access in Paris but UEFA blamed the "late arrival" of fans.
However, the governing body's stance was widely contested on social media and their tannoy announcement inside the stadium greeted with loud boos.
It was later changed to cite "security reasons" amid claims punters were pepper sprayed by French police as they attempted to gain entry.
It means both Jurgen Klopp and Carlo Ancelotti's teams must wait to get the showpiece of the European football calendar under way.
The disruption follows Rangers and Eintracht Frankfurt fans facing appalling conditions at the Europa League Final earlier in May.
Rangers have since stated they have "major concerns" over the treatment of their supporters at the Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan following reports thousands were left without access to water in searing Seville temperatures.
