The hosts may still feel it's two points dropped though having registered 2.87 xG to United's 1.03, and they miss the chance to extend their lead over second-placed Arsenal to eight points, though they do still have a game in hand over the Gunners. United move up to 13th, and they will look to continue the momentum from this positive result when they travel to Arsenal in the FA Cup third round next Sunday.
