Pressure for Graham Potter continues to build despite a win against Crystal Palace as they sit 10th in the Premier League table and travel to Liverpool with Jurgen Klopp looking for his side to return to winning ways. Potter watched on to see his side secure a 1-0 win against Palace on Sunday - their first since Boxing Day - and will be looking to build on that win having gone four matches without one in all competitions.
The Blues are a distant 3/1 with Betfred to grab their first back-to-back league win since October while the Reds are 5/6 favourites to leapfrog themselves up to sixth in the Premier League table and a draw is 11/4. Last season, both league meetings ended in a draw but this fixture has never finished level in three consecutive matches in the league.
For Liverpool, Klopp will be keen to see his side show the same resilience they displayed in their FA Cup replay against Wolves rather than the performance they showed against Brighton last weekend. The defeat was described as the worst match the German coach has seen.
