Liverpool to be hotter than Buenos Aires as sunny spell continues

Liverpool will enjoy a warm and sunny week, according to the latest Met Office forecast.

Temperatures will peak at 15C today (May 22), with "sunny intervals changing to cloudy by nighttime" forecast. Tuesday (May 23) will have a high of 14C, with a cloudy start replaced by sun.

A similar forecast is in place for Wednesday (May 24), with a high of 14C expected again. The Met Office expects "sunny intervals" on Thursday (May 25), with a high temperature of 15C.

It will get warmer again on Friday (May 26) and will continue into the weekend. The forecast for Friday is a high of 18C, with Saturday (May 27) and Sunday (May 29) seeing highs of 19C.

That means Liverpool will be hotter than Buenos Aires next weekend. The Argentine capital will see temperatures peak at 16C on Saturday and 13C on Sunday.
