A Liverpool spa has been named as the best in the UK.
The Titanic Hotel's Maya Blue Wellness spa came out in first place in Betway's list of the top 10 spas across the country. Two other Liverpool spas also made the list, which was determined by a unique index score, with the lower the overall index score the higher the ranking.
The research takes into account the number of hashtags each location has racked up on Instagram, as well Google and Tripadvisor reviews. Hope Street Hotel came out in fifth place, while Lush Spa was named at eight on the list.

The Titanic's Maya Blue Wellness spa received an index score of eight, while Hope Street Hotel and Lush Spa received respective index scores of 18 and 26. The Titanic Hotel also celebrated winning an award for "Large Hotel of the Year" earlier this month at the Visit England Awards.
The ECHO recently reported how the Maya Blue Wellness spa has launched a range of treatments suitable for those who are receiving or have received medical care for cancer. Therapists from the spa have undergone extensive training to enhance their current skillset with the ESPA Training Academy and the Amethyst Trust, a specialised training facility that enables spas to welcome people with experiences of cancer.
