Liverpool have been told that it’s not likely that they will sign Jude Bellingham this summer.
The Reds continue to be linked with the Borussia Dortmund midfielder, along with a host of other players whose preferred position is in the middle of the park. Recent reports have suggested that Liverpool could be tempted to make a move for Bellingham this summer.
Bellingham has plenty of admirers at Liverpool, but there is a general acceptance that a deal this summer is not likely to happen. With Erling Haaland moving to Manchester City, it is thought that Dortmund may not be keen to allow another of their star players to depart in the same window.

Former Arsenal star Ray Parlour has echoed those views, believing that a move for Bellingham this summer won’t happen. However, Parlour added that he thinks a club will eventually make a move for the talented 18-year-old at some point.
Speaking to Talksport, Parlour said: “I don’t think Dortmund can lose two players in one summer, can they?
“I don’t think they will sell him. They don’t have to, at the moment. But what a player.
“He is going to be a top, top player. So calm for his age, it’s amazing to see. Unbelievable.
“To play for England as well, to step into that midfield like he has been there for years. He will be bought by someone, but whether it’s going to be this window, I doubt it.”
