Liverpool are closing in on a deal to sign RB Leipzig midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai but their summer won't stop there.
The Reds could target another midfielder and as well as that, are considering signing a left-sided centre-back before the transfer window closes.
Jorg Schmadtke, the club's new sporting director, will continue working on those deals, but who should his next priority be?
Our writers have had their say:

Paul Gorst: Khephren Thuram
If it is too much to ask for Liverpool to nudge their way to the front of the queue for Moises Caicedo at Brighton then Khephren Thuram just edges out Ryan Gravenberch for me here.
Gabri Veiga is an interesting prospect but the potential arrival of Dominik Szoboszlai surely means another right-sided goalscoring midfielder won't be prioritised, regardless of a fairly modest £40m release clause. I also like the look of Romeo Lavia but it's a tough ask for a teenager to come into a midfield like Liverpool's and best expected to instantly shine.
France international Thuram has been a star for the les Blues' Under-21 squad at the European Championships this month and offers something very different to the rest of the current crop of midfielders at Anfield with his powerful, rangy surges with the ball.
Liverpool need a proper replacement for Fabinho but with few proper No.6s realistically being linked, Thuram could be a long-term staple of the engine room under Klopp, alongside Mac Allister and Szoboszlai.
Florent Malouda likened his compatriot to a young Patrick Vieria earlier this week and if he turns out to be anywhere near as good as the France and Arsenal legend then Liverpool have to get in there sharpish.
Joe Rimmer: Khephren Thuram
It'd be tempting for Liverpool to look in other areas of the team once a deal for Dominik Szoboszlai is wrapped up, with the likes of Micky van de Ven targeted.
But there is a problem that needs solving at Anfield and that is the midfield.
In Alexis Mac Allister they have signed a Premier League-proven player who can dictate play, and in Szoboszlai it looks as though Liverpool are about to get a classy attacking midfielder who can offer a goal threat.
But they also need legs and power in midfield, attributes that were highly valued in Jurgen Klopp's best Liverpool sides.
Khephren Thuram looks to be the best equipped to provide that, with the Frenchman proving to be a really good prospect.
I'd love to see Liverpool go out and buy him and should they do so, they'd have signed three quality midfield players to strengthen ahead of next season.
That'd show they mean business.
James Quinlan: Khephren Thuram
In an ideal world where Liverpool let their money do the talking, they should be challenging their Premier League rivals for the top-drawer players on offer.
It would be an ideal time to raid RB Leipzig for another one of their players, Josko Gvardiol, and go toe-to-toe with Manchester City, but as this is sadly not going to the case and the midfield problem is most pressing, then Khephren Thuram is hard to look past.
Watching the 6ft 2in powerhouse play at the Under-21 European Championships is like watching the classic Reds Youtube video of Philippe Coutinho and Gini Wijnaldum take on 30 nine-year-olds, displaying composure and pure technical ability on the ball that Jurgen Klopp's team so desperately needs.
Revisiting the first point about challenging rivals for top signings, Thuram is actually one that nobody else has been linked to as much as Liverpool so far this transfer window, so snap him up before they are!
It would complete a trio of midfield signings that could operate at the highest level for the next decade, although hopefully without repeating the mistakes of the past when the time comes to search for their replacements.
