Liverpool got a much-needed win after beating Everton in the Merseyside derby.
The Reds claimed a 2-0 victory over the Blues at Anfield in the big Premier League clash on Monday night. Mohamed Salah and Cody Gakpo scored the goals either side of half-time to secure the three points for Liverpool.
Jurgen Klopp’s side are now in ninth place in the league table following their first win in the top flight since December. They are also nine points adrift of fourth-placed Newcastle United, with a game in hand.
