One of the great things about this job is the wonderful Liverpool supporters you get the chance to speak to from all over the world.
Whether it's locals here in the city itself or followers from further afield, the passion of Reds fans really shines through whenever the subjects of Jurgen Klopp or his players are brought up.
I used the recent break in action to take a trip to New York where I had the chance to speak to several Liverpool fans from across the United States and Ireland and seeing the Mohamed Salah mural on Times Square and Carragher's Bar in Manhattan really hammered home just how global this institution and its stars are.
My social media messages are littered with positive support of well-wishing Reds from areas such as the Middle East, India, Central America and various countries across Scandinavia.
As Jurgen Klopp said on Thursday night after the Leicester game: "This club is massive" - this job gives me a little snapshot into just how true that statement is.
So it should never be taken for granted just how much this football club resonates across the planet. There are only a handful in the world with the power to do just that.

And there's an awful lot to be positive about at Anfield right now too.
The push for the Premier League title remains on, even if it will require a virtually flawless set of results to put the pressure on Manchester City at the top between now and May.
There's also the small matter of a final at Wembley to come later in the month as the Reds look to win a record-setting ninth League Cup 10 years after their eighth.
A favourable-looking FA Cup fifth-round tie at home to Norwich offers a real shot at a quarter-final place too.
It is probably the return of the Champions League that is whetting the appetite most right now though with a visit to Inter Milan now on the horizon for those making the trip to Italy next week.
Liverpool have a relationship with the European Cup that is unlike any other in English football and their proud boasts of winning the biggest competition in club football six times are routinely heard on the terraces.
So it promises to be a special night in the San Siro - which, like Anfield, is a true cathedral of football - when Liverpool are entertained by the Nerazzurri on Wednesday night.
Nights like that one are what makes all the hard graft in the Autumn and Winter worth it for fans who travel the length and breadth of not only the country, but the continent as well.
And of course, with this being Liverpool, I am sure there will be an Italian branch of the worldwide fan club to welcome the travelling Reds - wherever they fly in from!
It's shaping up to be a potentially glorious few months for this football club.
These are the days, my friends.
