Click here for the full Champions League highlights from Tuesday’s clash at between Liverpool and Lille at Anfield.

Liverpool Player Ratings Vs Lille

Alisson – 6.5

Couldn’t have done much for the goal, apart from that Lille didn’t have another shot on target so a quiet night for the Brazilian.

Jarell Quansah – 7

Always looked calm at the back with the ball at his feet, kept the dangerous Jonathan David quiet until he scored.

Conor Bradley – 7

Could have done better for the Lille goal, let his man get away down the right. Apart from the goal the Irishman was reliable at the back.

Virgil van Dijk – 6.5

Another typically sound defensive performance from Van Dijk, unlucky not to get his head on any corners in a strong display.

Konstantinos Tsimikas – 7

Solid defensively and provided a good option going forward but was at fault for the goal with his clearance going straight to David.

Dominik Szoboszlai – 6

Not much for Szoboszlai to do going forward in the first half, looked more lively in the second before being replaced by Wataru Endo as Liverpool tried to hold on to their lead.

Ryan Gravenberch – 6

A fairly quiet night for Gravenberch, whose night came to an early end as Arne Slot replaced the midfielder with a more attacking option in Harvey Elliott.

Curtis Jones – 7

Played a huge part in the first goal with a pinpoint assist from his own half. Substituted at half time for Alexis Mac Allister to get more control in midfield.

Mohamed Salah – 8

After a slow start the Egyptian King played a key role in the game. First goal was a smart finish but he did miss a one on one which could’ve put the game to bed.

Luis Diaz – 7

Lost the ball 10 times in the 75 minutes he was on the pitch, although the Colombian did create some big chances and can hold his head high after a good performance.

Darwin Nunez – 7.5

Nunez failed to get on the scoresheet after an impressive injury time brace against Brentford over the weekend. The Uruguayan was still involved in a lot of link up further up the pitch and had a good game.

Substitutes

Harvey Elliott (for Gravenberch 45′) – 7

Alexis Mac Allister (for Jones 45′) – 6.5

Wataru Endo (for Szoboszlai 63′) – 6

Federico Chiesa (for Diaz 75′) – 5
