Busier before interval, particularly when dealing with marauding De Bruyne. Tested further when City pressed late on and sent flying by Haaland.
Andy Robertson 7
Sent header into side-netting when unmarked at far post and raided with intent. Did well to put off Haaland after one dangerous City opening. Bit ambitious with one shot second half but good header to set up third.
Fabinho 7
Stepped up a little higher on occasion to help pen City in whenever Liverpool could. Got through plenty of work in the holding role.
Jordan Henderson 7
Regularly found room behind the City midfield and two whipped crosses created opportunities first half. Alertness created chance for Nunez. Subbed.

Clever both in possession and in his tackling and helped Liverpool keep up a high tempo. Enthused the travelling Kop with some of his play. Subbed.

Made the most of the space regularly afforded to him by Cancelo and frightened City whenever he stretched his legs. Great penalty, too, and a part in the third. Subbed.
