Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah has been snubbed by Micah Richards after the pundit chose one of his Anfield teammates as his pick for PFA Player of the Season.
Egyptian forward Salah has been in sensational form for the Reds this term, banging in 22 goals and claiming 12 assists in 30 Premier League outings. But according to Richards, it's his Reds teammate Sadio Mane who has been more impressive this season.
It comes as Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has spoken about why he doesn't want Everton to be relegated from the Premier League. And Thiago Alcantara's rise to becoming a key player for Jurgen Klopp in the centre of his midfield has been revealed.

Thiago proves doubters wrong
Thiago Alcantara has become a key figure for Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool side – as he continues to prove his doubters wrong.
Doubts were raised over whether his more composed style on the ball suited the Reds' rock and roll style of play but the Spaniard was the standout performer during the 4-0 thrashing of Manchester United last week and has been very impressive for his side this season. While his range of passing and vision were obvious for all to see, his other stats show just how important he has become to his team.
Thiago completed 96 per cent of his passes, won 67 per cent of his tackles and completed all of his dribbles to silence all of those initial doubts.
Klopp makes Everton claim
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has explained exactly why he doesn't want Everton to be relegated this season.
The Reds' bitter city rivals have struggled this term and sit just one point above the Premier League relegation places, although they have one match in hand on Burnley. And while the historic rivalry between the two sides runs deep, Klopp wants their "intense" derbies to be a regular fixture on the calendar.
Salah snubbed
Micah Richards has snubbed Mohamed Salah as his pick for PFA Player of the Season – as he thinks Sadio Mane deserves the award instead.
The pundit thinks that while Salah has been unquestionably impressive for his team over the course of the season, Mane shades it for the award "when you look at the bigger picture". Mane has netted 14 times in the Premier League this term, compared to Salah's 22 goals.
But Richards thinks Mane provides the perfect teammate to Salah – and would be deserving of the PFA Player of the Season.
