Jurgen Klopp will be hoping to finally kickstart Liverpool's season when the Premier League returns this weekend, with Brighton set to visit Anfield on Saturday.
Ahead of his side's clash with Brighton, the Reds boss received a timely injury boost. Klopp's squad has been battered by injury problems over the course of the opening weeks of the new season.
That boost comes as the reasons behind Ruben Neves ' decision to snub a move to Anfield were made clear and Reds captain Jordan Henderson issued a rallying cry to his team-mates. Here, Mirror Football rounds up the latest Liverpool news.
Klopp handed injury boost
One of the main reasons behind Liverpool's disappointing start to the Premier League season has been a series of major injuries hitting the squad. But boss Jurgen Klopp has finally been handed a boost on that front.
That is because summer signing Calvin Ramsay has returned to full training, having been ruled out since the start of pre-season. A problem was discovered in the right-back's medical that has so far prevented him from featuring for the Reds.
But he has now revealed that he is back in action at the club's training ground, having joined from Aberdeen in the summer. It is unknown how long it will be before Ramsay actually makes his debut, though his return to training is a positive sign.

Reasons for Neves snub disclosed
As Liverpool searched for recruits in midfield over the summer transfer window, Wolves star Ruben Neves emerged as a potential option. Unfortunately for the Reds, they were unable to complete a deal for the Portugal international.
That was despite Neves appearing to be ready to leave Molineux, having delivered what seemed to be an emotional farewell at the end of last season. It has now been revealed though that Neves in fact snubbed a move to Anfield.
The Reds were not the only side interested in signing the midfielder, with Manchester United and Arsenal also linked with him. But it was a link with Barcelona that most piqued his interest and saw him turn down a move to the Reds.
Henderson issues rallying cry
Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson has issued a rallying cry to his team-mates following the club's mixed start to the Premier League season. The Reds currently sit eighth in the Premier League table, having won just two of their opening six games.
Henderson has spent some time on the sidelines during the opening weeks of the campaign, but has now returned to fitness. And he has now called on his fellow Reds stars to up their performances as the Premier League returns.
"There are so many games to get in before the World Cup, so we're going to need everybody fighting and fit for as long as possible as we try and get through this period. We need to try and get back to the results and the performances we're capable of," he told Mirror Football exclusively.
