Liverpool man wanted by police after he failed to attend court

Police have asked for help from the public in finding a 53-year-old man who failed to attend court.

Leroy Abbey Venner was due to attend court on November 8 2021 in relation to robbery offences.

Venner, whose last known address was on Princes Road, Liverpool, has links to the Toxteth area and Warrington.

Police have now appealed for information about his whereabouts.

A spokesman said to the ECHO : "We are appealing for help in finding a 53 year-old man who is wanted on warrant for failing to attend court.

"Leroy Abbey Venner, whose last known address was on Princes Road, Liverpool, was due to attend court on 8th November 2021 in connection with robbery offences.

"He is described as 5ft 8in tall, of slim build with short black/shaven hair and brown eyes.

"He has links to the Toxteth and Warrington areas.

"Anyone who has seen him or knows of his whereabouts is asked to DM @MerPolCC or @CrimestoppersUK on 0800 555 111."
