Former Liverpool defender Mark Lawrenson has offered his verdict on Trent Alexander-Arnold's position change during their win over Leeds, as he predicts the result of this weekend's clash with Nottingham Forest.
Steve Cooper's side will be desperate to pick up three points for the first time since a 1-0 win over Leeds at the City Ground back in February. Forest remain in the Premier League bottom three having failed to win any of their last 10 matches.
They travel to a Liverpool side on Saturday who will be buoyed by Monday night's 6-1 thrashing of Forest's relegation rivals Leeds. Jurgen Klopp's team have only lost once at home in the league all season as they take on the team with the division's worst away record.

One noticeable change for Liverpool during their win over Leeds was the role of defender Trent Alexander-Arnold who appeared to move into midfield during the match. The 24-year-old has been criticised at times this season for his defending.
And Lawrenson has compared the change to those that have been made at Arsenal and Manchester City and has gone with a home win on Saturday. The former BBC pundit has predicted a 3-0 defeat for Forest at Anfield.
He told Paddy Power: "Much has been made about Trent Alexander-Arnold playing in this inverted midfielder position which Oleksandr Zinchenko plays for Arsenal and John Stones for Manchester City.
"The clever thing with that is that he sees things that most others in that team, other than Thiago, don’t. Nottingham Forest can’t win away and they can’t score".
