Liverpool 'leading' midfield transfer race as Jurgen Klopp spotted on 'scouting mission'

Here are your Liverpool morning headlines for Monday, January 9.

It has been reported that Liverpool are interested in signing Musah in the near future. According to Spanish news outlet Fichajes, the Reds are one of three clubs who could make a move to sign the midfielder.

Jurgen Klopp spotted on 'scouting mission' for Liverpool

As a result, he only made his return from the World Cup break as a substitute in last week’s loss to Brentford. But when he was absent from the matchday squad that faced Wolves in the FA Cup, it would have been no surprise if the reason had been another unfortunate lay-off.
