Talk of Mohamed Salah's Liverpool contract has been a hot topic for a number of months.
Comments made by Jurgen Klopp on the future of the Liverpool star yesterday afternoon indicated that the two parties are still no closer to striking a deal, despite talks taking place.
Salah's agent, Ramy Abbas Issa, shared a controversial tweet with seven laughing emojis not long after the Reds' boss had spoken to further intensify the situation.

Talks between Liverpool and Salah are said to have 'broken down' due to the financial terms currently being offered by the Reds.
The above report suggest that the 29-year-old is unlikely to commit to the club unless an increased deal is put forward.
It is claimed that Salah’s preference remains to stay at Anfield, though it is understood he has dismissed the club’s most recent offer and no talks have been held since December.
Who?
Gleison Bremer
Where?
What?
Liverpool are reportedly battling with a number of clubs for the services of Brazilian defender Gleison Bremer.
The Torino defender is subject to interest from AC Milan, Inter Milan, Juventus and Napoli in Serie A, as well as three Premier League teams.
Klopp's side are regarded as being 'in the first place' to complete a transfer for the 24-year-old centre-back, who has two years remaining on his contract.
The report claims that the Liverpool boss has been following the Brazilian for three years and has ‘great interest’ in the defender.
Bremer is also said to be learning English, providing a possible hint over his next destination.
Who?
Naby Keita
Where?
What?
Klopp has indicated that talks over extending Naby Keita's Anfield stay are underway.
The German was quizzed on the future of the Guinean midfielder during Friday's press conference, having earlier fielded similar questions on Salah.
Klopp's response provided on Keita's next step was rather upbeat as he talked up the 27-year-old to continue shining on the biggest stage.
"Naby’s future will be great," Klopp said. "I know that because of the player he is.
"I understand these questions about contracts but the club is in talks with all the agents and all the people."
