Liverpool have reportedly 'held talks' with representatives of Bayer Leverkusen defender Jonathan Tah ahead of a potential transfer in the summer.
According to 90min, Newcastle United have also 'spoken to intermediaries' about Tah, who has just over two years left on his Leverkusen contract. West Ham United are also said to be keen with Tottenham Hotspur and Nottingham Forest having previously expressed an interest.
The 27-year-old has huge experience having already played in more than 300 matches during his career, the majority of which have come in the German top flight. But the report states he is now considering making the switch to the Premier League.

Liverpool are well stocked at centre-back with Virgil van Dijk, Ibrahima Konate, Joel Matip, Joe Gomez and Nat Phillips all available to Jurgen Klopp. But with Matip and Gomez, in particular, enduring poor seasons so far, Reds boss Klopp could look to freshen up that area in the summer.
Former Liverpool favourite Xabi Alonso was appointed as Leverkusen's new manager in October, when they were second from bottom in the Bundesliga. He has since led them to 10th, winning six, drawing three and losing five of his 14 games in charge so far.
Tah is no longer one of the first names on Leverkusen's team sheet, having started just three of their last seven league matches.
