Liverpool goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher enjoyed another evening of penalty shootout heroics as he helped his side beat Derby County in the Carabao Cup.
The 23-year-old pulled off three excellent reflex saves to deny Conor Hourihane, Craig Forsyth and Everton loanee Lewis Dobbin in the shootout, with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Darwin Nunez converting their spot-kicks before Harvey Elliott rolled home the eventual winner.
A second-string side dominated with 74% possession at Anfield but failed to break down a resolute Derby outfit, and despite the introduction of the likes of Nunez and Roberto Firmino, Jurgen Klopp's side were unable to break the deadlock inside 90 minutes.

And so to penalties, and Kelleher's heroics. The Republic or Ireland international scored to win Liverpool the Carabao Cup last season but it was his performance between the posts that did it this time. Shootout win number four means the Reds back-up has now won more than any other Liverpool goalkeeper - he has made just 18 appearances. His six saves are also the most of any stopper in Reds history.
And after Elliott secured the victory, Reds fans were all quick to praise their Irish hero.
