Liverpool fans are facing rising prices to reach Dublin by plane for those already looking ahead to a potential Europa League final.
Set to be staged at the Aviva Stadium in the Republic of Ireland's capital city, the Reds will be hoping to reach the showpiece fixture of the competition for the second time of Jurgen Klopp's reign.
The Reds are yet to discover who they must overcome in the group stages to reach the knockout phase of the Europa League, though they are likely to be the favourites to claim the cup outright regardless of who is put in their path.
Although supporters would undoubtedly have preferred to be competing in the Champions League once again, one potential positive of next campaign's Europa League is the fact Dublin has been chosen as the location for the final. Easily accessible for those in Merseyside, fans are unlikely to face the same travel issues experienced in years gone by should Liverpool be one of the last two teams standing.

Already anticipating the Reds could be Dublin-bound, however, Ryanair have seemingly begun raising prices for a 55-minute journey that typically costs between £15 and £33.99 for a single ticket.
When the ECHO checked today, three journeys on offer, which will see fans arrive in good time prior to kick-off, were priced at £60.74 and £82.24 (x2).
The same scenario applied for return flights, with the cheapest tickets available being £98.44. An afternoon or evening flight will cost in excess of £100, with this figure only likely to continue climbing as more people book this route home.
The ECHO contacted Ryanair for comment, and a spokesperson said: "Ryanair offers the lowest fares in Europe, which are sold on a first come, first served basis, and rise only as quickly as the lowest fare class is sold."
Liverpool came close to lifting the Europa League trophy during the 2015/16 season, being defeated 3-1 by Sevilla in the final despite taking an early lead through a well-taken Daniel Sturridge effort.
