Hospitality expert, Donato Cillo, said: "We are so proud to showcase our culture and cuisine in a city that is bursting with incredible food and an extremely supportive community. Hey Farina is our twist on modern Italian dining whilst using quality produce and ingredients in a variety of regional recipes.

"Our family really does have a real passion for all things food, and we put our hearts into everything we craft. For us, it’s all about creating a true Italian experience. From the moment you step through the door, you will be transported straight into Italy with an authentic atmosphere accompanied by truly Italian music.

“We have been building our Italian Quarter for more than 10 years now and we are so happy to finally share with you the next part of our story and to say thank you to our loyal customers for supporting us throughout.

The Hey Farina team (Handout)

“Whether you fancy a home-baked focaccia, a board with meats and cheese paired with authentic Italian wine, or a hearty bowl of traditional fresh pasta, we’ve got your covered. We really are delivering an offering that covers the breadth and length of the Italian food map. We are positioning ourselves as an adaptable venue which provides a comfortable spot for a quick bite of lunch, and in the evening transforms into a contemporary Italian dining destination.

“Our staff originate from all over Italy, so we have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to regional and seasonal traditions, which we mirror throughout all corners of our business – it’s what makes us.”
