Liverpool F.C. vs Fulham F.C. will see Arne Slot’s side look to build their four-point gap at the top of the Premier League, and here we take a look at some key stats ahead of one of the biggest games of the weekend.
Liverpool F.C. vs Fulham F.C. Stats Ahead Of Saturday’s 3pm Clash
Liverpool held a nine-point lead after their victory over Manchester City at the beginning of the month. However, a rapid turn of events has seen that gap drop down to just four points.
They were held to a 3-3 draw at Newcastle before the Merseyside Derby at Goodison Park was postponed due to Storm Darragh.
The Reds with a game in hand are still in the early driving seat but they can’t afford to drop more points when they host Fulham this weekend.
Fulham are no pushovers though and proved this with a credible 1-1 draw against Arsenal at the weekend. They also netted three times on their trip to Anfield last season despite losing.
Marco Silva’s side though only have one win over the Reds in the last 12 years, proving the difficulty of their trip to Anfield this weekend.

Seven-Goal Thriller At Anfield Last Season
Fulham pushed Liverpool all the way in a seven-goal thriller when these sides met in the Premier League at Anfield last year.
The Cottagers came from behind twice with ex-Liverpool youngster Harry Wilson and Kenny Tete cancelling out a Bernd Leno own goal and a stunning Alexis Mac Allister strike.
They then took the lead after 80 minutes through Bobby Decordova-Reid. But that goal seemed to light a spark in Liverpool who took the win through two stunning goals from Wataru Endo and Trent Alexander-Arnold.
Later in the season, the two sides met in the Carabao Cup semi-final with the Reds taking a 2-1 win at Anfield before they drew 1-1 at Craven Cottage.

Salah Could Achieve Personal Record
Mohamed Salah has scored in Liverpool’s last seven Premier League matches – including braces against Southampton and Newcastle.
Should he net against Fulham it will be the first time he has scored in eight consecutive games in the English top flight.
This would break him clear from the seven mark also set by the likes of Sergio Aguero, Romelu Lukaku, Emmanuel Adebayor, Thierry Henry, Alan Shearer and Ian Wright.
He would be level with the eight games in a row that Daniel Sturridge scored for Liverpool in the 2013-14 season, with only Ruud Van Nistelrooy (10 games) and Jamie Vardy (11) ahead.
This comes despite uncertainty whether he will play his football at Liverpool next season, being in the final year of his deal.
