The impact of Luis Diaz' arrival at Liverpool could force out players like Naby Keita and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, according to Gabby Agbonlahor.
Diaz scored his first goal for the Reds at Anfield in a 3-1 win against Norwich City on Saturday and has already forced his way into immediate first team reckoning since joining the club from FC Porto, just days before the January transfer window closed.
Citing an uplift in squad quality as a significant factor, former Aston Villa an England forward Agbonlahor believes the introduction of Diaz is the beginning of the end for others who haven't held down a regular first team place under Jurgen Klopp.

Speaking to Football Insider, Agbonlahor said: “He can have a massive impact. You can see why they wanted to beat Spurs to his signature, he’s a very exciting player.
“They now are starting to increase their squad numbers. Players like Keita, players like Oxlade-Chamberlain need to be very careful with their Liverpool careers.
“You’ve got Diaz, players like Harvey Elliott are coming in now and starting ahead of them.
“Liverpool are going to add more players like that in the summer. Players like Keita and Oxlade-Chamberlain are fighting for their careers at the club. There’s no space in the Premier League to be carrying players who aren’t at the level.
“Man City have 21/22 top-class players and Liverpool are closing that gap now. They will close it even further with some top additions in the summer.”
Colombian Diaz joined Liverpool from FC Porto in deal worth £37.5million.
The 25-year-old scored 26 league goals for Porto in 54 appearances. He has also represented the Colombia national team on 33 occasions, scoring seven goals.
