Liverpool youngster Jarell Quansah has signed for League One side Bristol Rovers on loan until the end of the season.
The 19-year-old, who will turn 20 at the end of the month, could be in line for his debut against Wycombe Wanderers on Saturday.
Quansah was a crucial member of Liverpool's Youth Cup triumph as well as the England U19s team that won the UEFA European Championships in the summer.

He has since enjoyed the step up to Barry Lewtas' U21s side and has been an unused sub for the Reds first-team twice. His arrival in the southwest of England comes after the departures of Alfie Kilgour and Bobby Thomas with Lewis Gibson out injured.
"I can't wait to get started at Rovers," he told the Bristol Rovers official website. "I'd known of the club's interest in me for a little while and I'm looking forward to meeting all the lads and showing everyone what I can do."
He becomes the latest youngster to depart Kirkby this month after Jake Cain signed for Swindon Town. It's been a busy month for the U21s after Billy Koumetio and Max Woltman were recalled from their temporary stints at Austria Vienna and Doncaster Rovers, respectively.
Quansah will wear the number five shirt for the Gas as his move comes just a matter of weeks after manager Joey Barton was present on a scouting mission at Liverpool's win over PSG in the Premier League Cup. He could go head-to-head with his Reds teammates Owen Beck and Connor Bradley, who are on loan at Bolton Wanderers, when the two sides meet on the final day of the season.
"Jarell can only perform well and do what he is doing and that is the way it works [with other clubs' interest]," Lewtas said on the 19-year-old following the win over the French youngsters.
"He's working ever so hard and his progress over the last 12 months has been brilliant. He has worked so hard on his game, especially out of possession and being more of a leader. I thought he was outstanding today."
