Liverpool 'could sign' Ryan Gravenberch as Bayern Munich uncertainty emerges

Liverpool could sign talented Bayern Munich midfielder Ryan Gravenberch amid growing doubts over his future in the Bundesliga, according to reports.

It has been said that there is a possibility that the Reds can sign the Dutchman if his situation doesn't change. The 20-year-old made the move to the Allianz Arena in the summer from Ajax after Julian Nagelsmann's side won the race for his signature, although he has not seen regular game time which has prompted links away from the club.

Jurgen Klopp's side are set for a summer upheaval as a host of names are due to see out the conclusion of their deals at Anfield. Uncertainty remains over whether the likes of James Milner, Naby Keita and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will become free agents.

And Fichajes claim that Gravenberch's lack of minutes for the Bavarians has sparked talk of a move away from Munich after just one season. They claim that the Netherlands international would be one of the first reinforcements that the Reds would seek ahead of the next campaign.

They tentatively claim that there 'would' be very advanced negotiations over a signature. According to Transfermarkt, Gravenberch is valued in the region of €30m (£26m) with over four years remaining on his current deal.

It wouldn't be the first time that the former Ajax man has been linked with a transfer to Liverpool. Gravenberch was mooted with a move to the club in 2021 during the uncertainty over Gini Wijnaldum's future.

His agent, Rafaela Pimenta, whipped up a storm when she was pictured at Anfield for Liverpool's goalless draw with Chelsea this season. During the time of her visit, there was a suggestion that the 20-year-old could make a temporary move from Bayern Munich with Liverpool but those claims were denied by journalists in Germany.
