Liverpool could repeat £600,000 transfer trick after 'scouting' youngster

Liverpool are reportedly expressing an interest in one of Scotland’s latest young talents.

Reports coming from the Daily Record have claimed that the Reds have been scouting Dundee United teenager Alan Domeracki in recent weeks. Chelsea have also been listed as showing an interest in the youngster.

Domeracki plays in central midfield and came through the Scottish FA’s performance school programme at St John’s in Dundee. The report states that selling their young stars to Premier League sides is central to the Scottish Premiership outfit.

Doak moved to Liverpool as a 16-year-old late last season, with the Reds agreeing a £600,000 compensation fee for the teenager. He has since gone on to impress following his move to Merseyside.

The versatile forward has scored three goals in his six appearances so far this term, and has flourished for Liverpool’s Under-18s and Under-19s in Europe.
