The company developing hundreds of dockside homes in the centre of Liverpool have promised they'll offer some of the "best" views of the city.
The historic Stanley Dock is being overhauled to provide homes and leisure space in a project that will transform north Liverpool.
At its heart is the Tobacco Warehouse, the crucial residential element of the development that will have an estimated £250m value once complete.

It comprises 550 apartments offering a choice of three views over 13 floors, with ambitions to become one of the city's most exclusive addresses.
The homes include riverside apartments overlooking the Mersey, with Collingwood Dock and Victoria Tower in the middle ground. The Gothic Revival tower was constructed between 1847 and 1848 to mark the opening of Salisbury Dock.
The "South City view" apartments will overlook South Lane, a communal space peppered with restaurants, offices and shops. Upper level homes will also have views of the Pier Head and Liverpool's world famous skyline.
Dockside apartments have their main view over Stanley Dock and the Grade II-listed Titanic Hotel. Everton's new Bramley Moore Stadium will also be visible.

Apartments at Tobacco Warehouse are selling for upwards of £270,000 and range from 950 sqft up to 2,750 sqft. The homes will provide a mix of two and three-bedroom duplexes and two-bedroom penthouses on the top floor, which boast private wraparound terraces.
Last month, it was revealed that the Grade II-listed historic Pumphouse at Stanley Dock is set to become a new 'super restaurant'.
The £120m plans for a 200-seat venue spanning 4,400 sq ft were given the green light by Liverpool City Council.
