A Liverpool café is quickly rising up the ranks of the best places to eat in the city, as rated by TripAdvisor users.
The reviews website remains a popular source for people seeking out new and interesting places to visit. Those looking for recommendations on where to eat - whether they live locally or are visiting the city - are able to turn to the website for inspiration.
The number one restaurant in Liverpool, according to TripAdvisor users, is Caribbean restaurant Turtle Bay on Hanover Street and the second is Italian Aldente on Lark Lane. But, currently occupying the third spot, is The Vibe Café on Paradise Street, which has clocked up an impressive number of five star 'excellent' reviews on TripAdvisor.

The family run plant based café opened in December 2020, replacing Creams Café in Liverpool ONE. The Vibe serves breakfast until 2pm including 'Veggs Benny' - a plant based twist on Eggs Benedict - pancakes, and a big vegan breakfast.
There's also tasty toasties, lunch options including vegan nachos and bolognese, and a dinner menu with bangers and mash, and pumpkin risotto. The team also prepares coffees, speciality lattes and smoothies with plant based milk.
Some customers who have visited in recent months have left glowing reviews on TripAdvisor, helping boost its ranking in the list of best restaurants in Liverpool. Many mentioned how much the food impressed non-vegan diners.
One person said: "Came here for breakfast and was not disappointed! Great food - I recommend the GF pancakes. My meat eating boyfriend also really enjoyed his food."
Another wrote: "I've been visiting The Vibe fairly regularly with friends for a while now, and I can honestly say that every visit has been lovely. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, the food is always very good, with just right size portions. The menu has a good variety without being too long and overwhelming! This really is a gorgeous little oasis in central Liverpool, even my non-vegan friends love it! If you've not been here before, give it a go, you won't be disappointed. Excellent food, staff and price and I can't wait to visit again!"
A third person said: "My boyfriend & I are trying to eat more plant based despite neither of us being vegan. We thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered & will definitely come back! Amazing options, for both vegans & non-vegans. Lovely servers too!"
Earlier this year, ECHO What's On writer Jess Flaherty reviewed The Vibe Café and said spending £40 there on a vegan breakfast was "worth every penny". She described the café as a 'calming oasis' with food that is 'distractingly delicious'. You can read her review in full here.
