According to 90min, Liverpool are keeping a close eye on Caicedo, but they aren't the only club to be watching the talented Brighton midfielder.
Liverpool have been linked with a whole host of midfielders this summer with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Curtis Jones and Thiago Alcantara all picking up injuries. The Reds' performances in the opening two Premier League matches this season have been underwhelming and cries for a new signing have got even louder.
Jurgen Klopp is a huge admirer of Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham and a move could be made next summer for the England international. Dortmund have put an apparent price tag in excess of £100million on the 19-year-old.
Dortmund are believed to be unwilling to let Bellingham leave this summer after the German club already sold star man Erling Haaland to Manchester City.
