Liverpool eased past Crystal Palace with goals from Jordan Henderson and Mohamed Salah securing a 2-0 pre-season win.
Jurgen Klopp made eight changes for the clash in Singapore having suffered a humbling defeat to Manchester United to begin their tour, while Patrick Vieira picked just about every senior player available to his depleted side.
The Eagles started brightly as Odsonne Edouard threatened down the left and latched onto a header opportunity from a Luka Milivojevic free-kick, which was tamely directed at Adrian.
Liverpool picked up after ten minutes and led through Henderson after the Reds recycled a corner and Harvey Elliott found his captain for a fine finish across Vicente Guaita.
The goal sparked Jurgen Klopp’s team into life as Palace struggled to get Jean-Philippe Mateta into the game up front.
The striker, moments after Elliott had skewed an effort wide from a great position, fired his only chance on goal into the stratosphere after fighting off Kostas Tsimikas.
Liverpool were forced to withdraw Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain before the break when the winger pulled up as he fired a shot into the arms of the goalkeeper, adding to injury concerns over Diogo Jota and Alisson Becker.
Darwin Nunez, Salah and Fabio Carvalho featured among an entirely new Liverpool XI introduced for the second half and it did not take the Egyptian, clearly the star of the show for the locals, long to make it 2-0.

A cut inside from the right flank led to Salah’s effort deflecting in via Joachim Andersen, with Guaita’s attempt at a save left found very much wanting.
Vieira introduced two swathes of youngsters off his bench, for the final 30 and 20 minutes respectively, but Palace were a yard behind their sharper opponents throughout the second half as Nunez and Carvalho both tested Guaita in search of a third.
The Eagles next face Manchester United in Melbourne on Tuesday while Liverpool head back to Europe for a game away to RB Leipzig.
