It was a close contest at the Ritz.
Justin Thomas and his dad, Mike, entered the final round of the 2022 PNC Championship at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club in Orlando with a two-shot lead on Sunday after an opening-round 15-under 57 on Saturday. They walked off the course T-2, two shots behind the winners.
Vijay Singh and his son, Qass, shot a 13-under 59 for the second consecutive day to win their first PNC Championship title. The father-son duo have played the annual silly-season event for the last 16 years and finished runner-up in 2006, 2013 and 2020.

The Harrington’s took the clubhouse lead at 22 under and shortly after got lapped by the Singh’s when Qass made eagle to take a two-shot lead.

The defending champion Daly’s are off and running again on Sunday at the Ritz. Hooters pants and all, Daly buried a clutch putt on the 12th for the team’s third straight birdie to take a one-shot lead at 21 under.

Teams Singh, Daly makes its move
After starting the day T-2 and two shots back, Vijay and Qass birdied their first five holes to take a share of the lead alongside the Thomas’ and defending champion Daly’s, who made the turn at 7-under 29 to move to 18 under.
