LIV Golf Transfer Window: All 13 Teams Complete For 2025

LIV Golf team logos lined up.

The 2025 LIV Golf League gets underway on the 6th February in Riyadh and all 13 sides have now completed their four-man rosters for the new term.

A lot of movement and trade has been made in the off-season, with new signings announced by the various teams going into the 14-tournament schedule.

Speaking of the schedule, the full list of events has been released, as six new courses join the fray. In total, there will be six tournaments in the US and eight international events.

And as well as the venues confirmed, LIV's teams are now final thanks to the addition of six new players for 2025.

The first bit of action came in the form of Thomas Pieters being traded from RangeGoats GC to Dustin Johnson's 4Aces GC. Following what turned out to be the only trade of the off-season, the first new signing was announced, as Iron Heads GC secured the Korean Tour’s 2024 Player of the Year, Yubin Jang.

Having already re-signed Danny Lee and Jinichiro Kozuma for the 2025 season, Kevin Na had nothing but praise for the 22-year-old, stating: “He’s (Jang) going to be the next best Korean golfer. That’s how much I believe in him. And I told him that, too.”

As Iron Heads GC strengthened their roster with a promising youngster, Cleeks GC also signed an upcoming star in the form Frederik Kjettrup. The former Florida State University graduate has enjoyed a stunning start to his pro career, winning three of his opening eight tournaments on the PGA Tour Americas circuit

Joining Captain Martin Kaymer, as well as Adrian Meronk and Richard Bland, the 25-year-old finished in eighth-place in the PGA Tour University rankings.

Speaking about the deal, Kaymer stated: "Frederik is one of the brightest young talents in the game. His impressive track record and fearless approach make him a perfect fit for our team. I’m looking forward to seeing him thrive within the competitive atmosphere of LIV Golf."

Over Christmas and New Year, the deals quietened down but, just a week into 2025, there was more business confirmed as RangeGoats GC revealed that two-time Asian Tour winner, Ben Campbell, will be joining their squad.

The New Zealander has impressed over the past two years on the Asian Tour, and will join Watson's RangeGoats GC to fill Pieters' spot after the Belgian left for 4Aces GC.

As RangeGoats GC completed their roster, another two teams to confirm their line-ups were Stinger GC and Fireballs GC, who opted for two different styles of signing.

Fireballs GC went with youth, as 22-year-old Luis Masaveu joined Sergio Garcia's side. On the opposite end of the scale, Stinger GC welcomed back relegated player Branden Grace, who reportedly signed on a two year deal.

The move caused some reaction on social media but, speaking to Golf Monthly, captain Louis Oosthuizen stated: "we wanted no-one else on the team."

LIV's final new signing ahead of the 2025 season was Tom McKibbin, with the 22-year-old Northern Irish star joining Jon Rahm's Legion XIII.

McKibbin, the 2023 Porsche European Open champion, went against Rory McIlroy's advice and opted to join the team circuit, having earned his PGA Tour card via the DP World Tour.

LIV Golf Promotions winner Chieh-po Lee, who carded a 10-under-par tournament total to win in Riyadh, looks set to be a Wildcard as he hasn't been picked up by a team.

Crushers GC, HyFlyers GC, Stinger GC, Majesticks GC, Ripper GC, Smash GC and Torque GC all remain unchanged for 2025 with the same four-man line-ups as last year.
