Little Mix star Perrie Edward's young son Axel stepped outdoors at her lavish Cheshire home in adorable autumnal snaps.

The 28-year-old singer, who shares her boy with Liverpool football player fiancé Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, updated her Instagram followers with a string of shots including one with Axel on two feet in the family's extensive grounds.

The tot, who celebrated his first birthday in August, was seen holding hands with Perrie who had a huge smile on her face.

The Shout Out To My Ex singer was suitably stylish for the autumn chill with a multicoloured on-trend crochet jumper and Axel was wearing a comfy cute beige and cream tracksuit set.

And Axel was able to be put his best foot forward in a pair Old School Vans.

The post prompted her bandmates to leave comments of love heart emojis, while Perrie's followers gushed over the sweet phots.

The family's pet pup Benji was also getting in on the action taking an interest in the orange leaves fallen on the lawn.

Perrie enjoyed the quality time with her boy after teasing that she's been in the recording studio in recent weeks as she prepares to go solo.

The post comes after Perrie and Alex celebrated Axel's first birthday and treated fans to a cake smash photo shoot.

Axel was wearing a neutral knitted baby grow while covered in cake, as he cheekily pulled tongues at the photographer's camera.

Leigh-Anne Pinnock, who has twin boys with her fiancé Andre Gray, wrote: 'Look at him mannnn.'

Pop star Perrie and her Liverpool FC fiancé, 28, have been dating for five years and moved in together before the coronavirus pandemic in 2020.

Meanwhile Little Mix are on an indefinite hiatus from performing and making music, after their Confetti tour ended in May this year.
