Little Mix star Leigh-Anne Pinnock is cementing a lucrative future by getting into property.
Leigh-Anne has forked out nearly £1million on an old bicycle factory and plans to transform it into 48 flats.
She and footballer fiancé Andre Gray, both 31, could net millions in the process.
They hope their G&A Organisations Ltd property firm will really take off with the project at Wolverhampton’s old Eagle Works.
They’ve been laying foundations for their business for months by building a holiday let in Bridgnorth, Shropshire, destined for Airbnb, and plotting a luxury detached home in the Midlands.
Leigh-Anne is not the only Little Mixer to think putting their money into property is as safe as houses.
Last year Perrie Edwards, 29, partner of Liverpool footballer Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, started a property firm. The band, including bandmate Jade Thirwall, 30, announced they were taking a break last year after their Confetti tour.
“We are not splitting up – Little Mix are here to stay,” they reassured fans. “We have plans for more music, tours and performances in the future.”
This summer Leigh-Anne moved part-time to Greece in August when Andre signed a four-year contract with local team, Aris FC. He previously played for Watford.
The couple welcomed twins in August 2021 but hot property Leigh-Anne is plotting a solo comeback, along with her building business.
